Thank you for being being a loyal subscriber and participating in the auto-renewal service. You will be the first to know about our new season!

As a 5-opera subscriber, you already get to keep your seats from season to season, save 25% off of individual ticket prices, and enjoy flexible exchanges. By participating in our Auto-Renewal Service, you’ll also be the first to know about each new season, enjoy an easy renewal process (all conducted online, no paper mailings), and receive complimentary concessions vouchers to enjoy during the next season. 


How it works?

Each year, you will receive an email with a sneak preview of the upcoming season, along with your season ticket order details before your payment is processed. You will have the opportunity to make changes to your order or opt out of this service. Once you confirm your order, you will receive an email receipt when your credit card is charged. If you choose to opt out of the Auto-Renewal Service, an invoice will be mailed to you — your season subscription will not be cancelled.


The Auto-Renewal Review Period has ended!

To confirm or change your order, use the secure link below to log into your account, verify your contact and order information, and enter a valid credit card number to be encrypted in our system. Auto-Renewal orders will be processed beginning February 17. You will receive an email receipt when your credit card is charged.

Please note: All patrons must login to our secure site and enter a valid credit card number to continue using our Auto-Renewal Service. Please consult your email or call the Ticket Office to find out your Customer ID number. The Auto-Renewal page is best viewed with Firefox or Chrome. Please use one of those browsers to confirm your order. The Auto-Renewal system is not compatible with the Internet Explorer browser.
