2010-2011 Student Dress RehearsalsLet your students experience the power, beauty and grandeur of live opera by bringing them to a Student Dress Rehearsal! We invite you and your students (grades 6-12 and college) to attend a Student Dress Rehearsal. Every production is fully staged with soloists, chorus and orchestra, and takes place at Ordway Center.
2010-2011 Student Dress Rehearsals:
Cinderella by Gioachino Rossini Sung in Italian with English translations projected above the stage.
La Traviata Sung in Italian with English translations projected above the stage.
Tickets for Student Dress Rehearsals are only $9 and go on sale Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 9am. Call the Minnesota Opera Ticket Office at 612-333-6669, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Call early as seating is very limited! Please note that there is a 5:1 student/teacher ratio. For every five students, educators will be allowed to purchase one ticket. Service charges may apply. There are no complimentary tickets.
Student Dress Rehearsals take place at Ordway Center, 345 Washington St, Saint Paul, 55102. Buses park free near the theater.

Educator Discount for Student Groups If a Student Dress Rehearsal doesn't fit into your schedule, attend a regular performance using the Educator Discount of 50% off regular ticket prices. This offer, for Student Groups of 10 or more (one teacher/ten students), is subject to availability. This is a great way to secure your seats to performances that will definitely sell out.
