MPR Class Notes Opera Goes Virtual!

What *is* opera? We invite students Pre-K through 2nd grade to join us in experiencing the magic of opera! Through two virtual lessons in collaboration with MPR Class Notes, students will explore stories told through singing and have a chance to create their own “mini” aria. Accompanying lesson guides are provided to aid in classroom instruction, with helpful tips to engage young learners at different levels of reading and writing.

Grades: Pre-K – 2nd

Lesson length: 30-45 minutes of video content and corresponding activities
