Opera Center Open House

Explore the Loop and Minnesota Opera Center Open House

Sunday, October 13, 2013, 2-6pm

The 50,000-sq-ft Minnesota Opera Center in the Minneapolis North Loop neighborhood won a 1990 Preservation Alliance of Minnesota Award and is one of the finest opera production facilities in the nation. Come see where and how our opera productions are built; meet President and General Director Kevin Ramach and the talented people behind the sets, costumes and props you see on the Ordway stage; and get a glimpse of opera singers in rehearsal.

The Opera Center Open House is part of the Explore the Loop neighborhood tour (more information on Facebook), sponsored by the North Loop Neighborhood Association. Check out the stops – the list is growing!

Purchase Explore the Loop tour tickets for $10. All proceeds go towards greening the North Loop neighborhood. Minnesota Opera subscribers are invited to attend the Opera Center Open House free of charge.

The Minnesota Opera Center is located at 620 North First St., Minneapolis, MN 55401. Directions are available via Google Maps.
