Hailed by his voice teacher as “getting there,” tenor Phinehas Bynum works in the tech industry by day and sings at all other moments. You will find him next in the chorus of Rigoletto and Thaïs. While he has your attention, he’d like to thank his parents Clarence and Bill for always supporting his music habit.
Phinehas was singing before he could talk, and holds a Bachelor of Music and Computer Science from St. Olaf College. He was most recently in the chorus for Minnesota Opera's Don Pasquale, Skylark Opera’s Don Giovanni, and Mill City Summer Opera’s Sweeney Todd. He also performs as an a capella, classical, and jazz soloist in the Twin Cities.
