2012-2013 Season Renewal
Step 1. Click here to bring up the Online Renewal Lookup screen. Use the account number and zip code on file (included in your email) to look up your renewal.
Step 2. When the form opens, confirm your name, address, phone number and birthdate.
Step 3. Enter your email address. (This is the only way you will receive a confirmation of your subscription order).
Step 4. Renew or Change your subscription.
a. Renew my 5-opera subscription. Click the RENEW button, choose the number of seats, and move on to Step 5. (Tempo subscribers are not guaranteed the same seats for next season, but we will seat you as close as possible to your current seats.)
b. Renew my 3- or 4-opera subscription. Click the RENEW button, choose your operas, your number of seats, and move on to Step 5.
c. Change my subscription. Click the CHANGE button and make your selections for both your first and second choices. (Tempo subscriptions are only available on Opening Nights).
- Choose your operas.
- Choose your desired seating area.
- Add any special seating needs to the notes section.
- Select the number of seats; up to 2 per Tempo membership. (Your new total will appear in the right-hand column).
Step 5. Your 2012-13 Tempo Membership ($50) will be added to your subscription order.
Step 6. Order Libretti
$15 each, or choose "all five" for only $65.
Step 7. Make a Tax-Deductible Contribution
Donor benefits start with your gift of $50. Thank you for giving generously.
Step 8. Purchase Convenient Pre-Paid parking
Lawson Commons Ramp parking passes are $8 each.
Step 9. Payment
Please note that subscription orders are final sales with no refunds. Enter your Credit Card number.
Step 10. Verify your order and click Send Renewal Now to place your subscription order. Secured by GeoTrust.
Your order will be sent to the Ticket Office for processing. (Your card will be charged within 5 business days of receipt of the order).
