125 local orchestra musicians, 71 chorus members, 12 dancers and 11 supernumeraries are employed
by the Minnesota Opera.

During the 2009-10 season 11 talented young artists will further their training and careers through the
Resident Artist Program.

In 2009 the Minnesota Opera ended the fiscal year with a balanced budget - making it the 7th year in a row.
