Reservations: Call the Minnesota Opera Ticket Office at 612-333-6669 to make your reservations. We will send a written contract confirming your order and outlining payment arrangements.
Deposits: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation until final payment is due. Deposits are due two weeks after your order is placed.
Final Payment: Final payment is due four weeks prior to the performance. Any adjustments to the reservation must be made prior to final payment. Once final payment is received, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.
Payments: Payments may be made by a single credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or by a single check payable to Minnesota Opera. Once final payment has been made, tickets will be mailed to the group leader for distribution. We prefer to have the tickets distributed in advance of your group arriving at the Ordway.
