Can I take pictures?
Cameras and recording equipment are strictly prohibited in the theater. Please have all mobile phones and pagers turned to the silent mode. Please check these items with an usher.
Is smoking allowed?
Ordway is a smoke free facility.
Is there a lost and found?
Lost and found is located at the Stage Door. Call 651-282-3070 for more information. Items of value are turned in to Patron Services during an event and non-valuable items are given to Coat Check during an event when Coat Check is open.
Once an event concludes, any lost and found items from either location are brought to the Stage Door and stored there until they are claimed.
What if there is an emergency?
The phone number for emergencies is 651-282-3000. Emergency messages are delivered immediately during performances. Persons expecting emergency messages should leave their seat locations with the calling party and should notify the Event Supervisor upon arrival at the theater (let the Ticket Office or an usher know you need to contact the Event Supervisor).
Can children attend?
Children under the age of six are not permitted in the hall. Children over the age of six are welcome for most performances; however, some operas are more appropriate for children than others. Please call the Ticket Office for age recommendations.
